    Board of Trustees Report
    District Office
    August 8, 2008

Quoted from the document linked above:

"Mike Miller, the well known and enormously successful basketball coach at City, was accused by his assistant, Howard Taylor, of fraud and other offenses. In a long and detailed statement, Howard alleged, among a number of charges, that fake grades had been issued to student athletes and that work claimed for payment was never done. General Counsel (Camille Goulet was away) noted that a report was due to them next week. There was no response from the Board once this was made clear."

    http://www.courthousenews.com/2009/09/24/Ex-Hoops_Coach_Sues_L_A_City_College.htm

LOS ANGELES (CN) - Los Angeles City College's men's basketball coach says he was fired because he's "the old white guy." Michael Miller was LACC's athletic director and head basketball coach since 2002.

Miller said he was asked to step down as athletic director in 2008, for only a year, to dedicate his energies to an audit of the school's athletic program.

Miller says he was scheduled to return as coach in April this year. But in his Superior Court complaint, Miller says he got a letter from LACC President Jamillah Moore saying it was "not in the best interest of the college" for him to work as both coach and athletic director.

"This rationale is pretextual on its face as Coach Miller had enjoyed more success than most coaches in the country while also serving as athletic director," the lawsuit states.

When Miller complained, he says, President Moore eliminated the entire athletic department, and his job with it.

Miller says Moore even went on record saying, "All we have to do is just eliminate the athletic program and that will solve our Coach Miller problem."

Miller also claims Moore slandered him by calling him a "scum bag" and saying that "Coach Miller taught another coach how to commit fraud."

Miller also claims his firing was in retaliation for his whistleblowing. He claims that in February this year he recommended "that financial expenditures for the badminton team should be terminated because the badminton team did not exist." He claims he protested this "misappropriation/misuse of public funds," which was "facilitated by defendant Moore himself despite Coach Miller's objections."

Miller says LACC won 14 straight conference championships - a national record - and two state championships under his leadership.

Miller, who is white, demands punitive damages for racial and age discrimination, retaliation, slander and interference with contract. He is represented by Rupert Byrdsong with Ivie, McNeill & Wyatt.

Colleges accused of tuition fraud - Los Angeles City College and others

The following story quoted from the Ventura County Star website:
    http://www.vcstar.com/news/2009/nov/15/NxxFClacity15/

Allegations that out-of-state community college athletes saved thousands of dollars in tuition by declaring themselves California residents, which led to the resignation of the Ventura College basketball coach and firing of the Oxnard College basketball coach last year, are spreading across the state.

Reports have surfaced at community colleges in Los Angeles, Santa Monica, Pittsburg and Cerritos about falsification of state forms for out-of-state athletes in men’s basketball and football programs.

“Certainly in basketball it has become a problem,” said Rich Kollen, commissioner of the South Coast Conference in California’s community college athletic system. “I think it’s one of the things we are getting better at tracking. Things that happened in the past are very hard to cover up now.”

Athletic scholarships are prohibited in California community colleges, and schools are prohibited from offering athletes any aid not available to all students. So declaring athletes to be California residents can save them up to $4,200 a year. It also makes them eligible for in-state financial aid.

Los Angeles City College was the latest school hit with the allegations.

Last month, Kollen ruled the school must forfeit its 22 men’s basketball wins from the 2008-09 season, “citing L.A. City’s use of ineligible players due to Form 1 (Student Eligibility) violations made by the college.” The school had already suspended its athletic program, citing budget problems, leaving only the women’s volleyball team to play this year.

“Basically what L.A. City went through is similar to what Ventura and Oxnard had gone through,” Kollen said.

    $4,000 per year per student

The Star reported in November 2007 that at least a half-dozen recent out-of-state Ventura College basketball players claimed to have lived in California, at a savings of $4,000 per year per student.

In January 2008, Ventura College ruled four out-of-state basketball players ineligible “based on the fraudulent applications that were filed by them or on their behalf.” Two weeks later, Oxnard College did the same to two out-of-state basketball players.

Ventura coach Greg Winslow and Oxnard coach Jeff Theiler both lost their jobs over the incidents. Winslow resigned and Theiler was dismissed. Winslow has been charged with criminal fraud based on allegations stemming from that investigation.

The L.A. City forfeiture stemmed from reports in the college’s newspaper earlier this year that five L.A. City basketball players on last year’s team claimed to have attended Stoneridge Prep in Simi Valley, but officials at that school said they had never heard of them.

The issue goes back much further at L.A. City. In 1996, an audit found that six L.A. City basketball players who played in 1994-96 had been falsely admitted to the school as California residents without having resided in the state for at least one year prior to enrollment.

In addition, an investigation of L.A. City documents by The Star found that at least seven men’s basketball players over the past six seasons had obtained discounted tuition by claiming to be military personnel or a dependent of someone on active military duty.

    Clerical errors claimed

When reached by The Star, two of the players who received military discounts, David Cornwell and Clarence Matthews III, said they had no connection to the military. Attempts to reach the other five players were unsuccessful.

Like in-state residents, military enrollees pay $20 per unit. Out-of-state residents pay $181 per unit, plus an enrollment fee.

When asked why they were listed as military residents on their transcripts, Cornwell and Matthews — members of L.A. City’s 2004-05 team — claimed it must have been clerical errors by the admissions office.

“That happens all the time because when the people type them in they’re just speed typing,” Cornwell said.

Cornwell, a Louisville, Ky., native, and Matthews, a Beaumont, Texas, native, both said they had never been to California prior to arriving at L.A. City, and were not aware of their tuition rates at any point in their L.A. City careers.

“I was just going out there for the love of playing basketball and not worrying about the money factor,” said Matthews, who eventually played two years at Tennessee State. “I don’t know exactly what it cost.”

If the transcripts were intentionally doctored, the implications go beyond just receiving a tuition break, says Michael Josephson, founder and president of the Josephson Institute of Ethics.

“Claiming military status is so offensive to those who really are in the military,” said Josephson, who has created specific sports training programs on ethics. “It is like using the handicap stall when you are not handicapped. It is just not permitted.”

    Not aware of an issue

After the 1996 audit at L.A. City College, the admissions office placed holds on the records of the athletes and charged them with additional tuition fees for being nonresidents. The additional fees totaled $28,063.

One of the players named in the audit said he was not aware there was ever an issue regarding his tuition and was never contacted about the issue.

“We weren’t aware of anything. We just went to school and played basketball,” said Anthony White, who played at L.A. City in the 1995-96 season before transferring to USC. “ We didn’t have no worries, everything was taken care of and we just went there and did what we had to do.”

Similar claims of in-state residency were made by members of L.A. City’s team last year.

The 2008-09 roster listed five players from Stoneridge Prep in Simi Valley.

“I’ve never heard of those names, nor did they play for us,” said Stoneridge Prep Principal Maria Arnold. “They were not enrolled. This is all just a big mess.”

Two of the players, Antonio Owens and Marvin Coats, are listed as attending Stoneridge Prep’s Tarzana campus, which closed in 2004.

    ‘I never asked him why’

The story was first reported by L.A. City’s school newspaper, the Collegian.

Owens, who actually graduated from Boyd County High in Ashland, Ky., in 2007 and attended Ware Prep in Atlanta in 2008, told the Collegian that L.A. City coach Mack Cleveland told him what to write on his athletic eligibility paperwork.

“I don’t know why coach wanted to say I went to Stoneridge,” Owens told the Collegian. “I never asked him why. I knew him. I didn’t think he would do anything that would jeopardize me or my career.”

Owens said he originally filled out the form with his correct information, but Cleveland told him to “do it over.”

“He was just giving the answers,” Owens said. “We put it on there. But it wasn’t our information. We just listened.”

When asked about the issue by Collegian reporter Mars Melnicoff, Cleveland replied, “If you want to stay here, I highly recommend that you drop this story. Can’t you find something productive to focus your time on?”

Adding another layer to L.A. City’s athletic turmoil, Mike Miller, who coached the L.A. City men’s basketball team from 1992 to 2007, has filed a lawsuit against the school regarding his dismissal earlier this year.

Miller, who also served as the school’s athletic director, alleges L.A. City President Jamillah Moore removed him on April 1 because of racial and age discrimination. Miller says Moore referred to him as “the old white guy” in conversations.

Neither Moore, nor Camile Goulet, a school lawyer, would answer questions about Miller.

    ‘Who is in charge?’

Around the state, there have been several recent reports of out-of-state athletes paying in-state tuition.

The Santa Monica Daily Press reported in August that 15-year football coach Robert Taylor was dismissed this summer because of “serious violations relating to changing student residency status,” according to school president Chui Tsang.

The Contra Costa Times reported in February that officials at Los Medanos College in Pittsburg uncovered “about a dozen” football players from Florida “pretending to be California residents to pay lower fees.”

Cerritos College assistant football coach Patrick Callahan pleaded guilty in September 2006 to falsifying government documents. Callahan admitted to fraudulently obtaining $91,000 in federal grants for 13 players and also modifying applications from out-of-state players to indicate California residency.

His two-year jail sentence was suspended to 90 days and he was ordered to repay $70,758 to the U.S. Department of Education and $20,799 to Cerritos College.

“The fact that it is happening at multiple schools and not one school, I think, underlines the fact that there is a general culture in those people who are running the sports program,” the ethicist Josephson said. “Some of them may be arguing they are doing it to even the playing field because others are doing it. But the real question is, who is in charge of enforcing the rules and why aren’t they being enforced?”

Mack Cleveland was mentioned here: http://thehostmirror.blogspot.com/2008/08/scandal-2008-coach-mike-miller-of-los.html. He was mentioned under allegation #3

The assistant coach is listed as James Wilkes.

Where does this leave former Head Coach Mike Miller? It appears that he is only the Athletic Director at Los Angeles City College.

    2. How Michael Miller Came to be "In Charge"

The recent history of New Falcon and its "principles"

by nicktharcher on Fri Jun 27, 2008 2:35 am

On June 14th, 2008, we announced the opening of "The Original Falcon Press" and described some of the events that led to its creation. You can read that announcement letter here.

Since then we've received many encouraging and enthusiastic offers of help and congratulations from our friends and supporters. Thank you. Words cannot express how much this has meant to us.

In that announcement we alluded to the forthcoming disclosure of more details surrounding the events which preceded all of this. What follows are some of the most relevant documents. We feel they sadly and succinctly tell this part of the story, namely, how Michael Miller came to be in charge of USESS/New Falcon Publications after the death of his biological father Alan R. Miller, Ph.D on the morning of February 9, 2008.

The "parent" of New Falcon Publications is "The United States Ecclesiastical Society and Seminary" (USESS), a California corporation established in 1981 (thus, if you will, New Falcon Publications is a DBA/subsidiary of USESS). USESS is a non-profit religious organization, and as such Alan did not...could not..."own" it: non-profit organizations cannot be "owned" by anyone. (Among other things, that means that he couldn't, and didn't, "leave" it to anyone in his "will" or in a "trust" or in any other way.)

As sole Director, however, Alan could...unilaterally and at any time...make such decisions as he felt appropriate to the operation and future of the organization, including the appointment of a successor. We contend, based on the next document, that the successor Alan appointed was Lee Rosenstein (aka Nick Tharcher). Michael Miller asserts, based only on the last document in this section, that he was designated as the sole director and thus is "in charge". We say that the evidence below unequivocally proves otherwise.

    1) As shown in the next document, on August 21, 1995 Alan appointed Lee Rosenstein (aka Nick Tharcher) as his legal successor to the Directorship of USESS. This document was never modified, replaced or rescinded.

    Image

    2) In case you're wondering if that's really Alan's signature in the previous document, here are a few other documents he signed over the years. The first is Alan's passport.

    Image

The next document dates from around 1982. (We've included this one because it brings back some great memories and because, despite all the unpleasantness and pain of this sordid situation, we still try to keep a sense of perspective and humor.)

    Image

The next example is from 1983 and the last was written just a few weeks before his death. Note that his signature is largely unchanged over many years.

    Image
    Image

    3) By mid-January Alan's condition had deteriorated significantly. He was hospitalized from January 12-16 because he had largely stopped eating and drinking and was becoming dehydrated. Just one day after his discharge (January 17), he fell out of bed and was readmitted to the hospital. He was given a variety of tests, including an MRI, which showed unequivocally that he had suffered a number of debilitating strokes. The medical reports (of which the following is just a small part) clearly state (though sometimes in medical terminology) that he was neurologically and cognitively impaired. And remember: in addition to the impairment due to the strokes, he was also being given large quantities of morphine for pain; that, too, contributed significantly to his mental disability.

These first two reports document that he suffered strokes ("embolic events"; "cerebrovascular accidents"; "CVA's") to at least 7 distinct areas of his brain:

    Image
    Image

Next are two "collages" of the relevant portions of several pages of (mostly boring) medical reports. As you can see, he was characterized as "forgetful", "confused" and "lethargic." One entry states that he "guessed he was in 'rehab' and [the year] was '2002'."

    Image
    Image

    4) The next 2 documents show the extent of the changes that had occurred in his signature by mid-January. First is a document dated January 13 (from the first hospitalization) in which his signature occurs twice. Both only vaguely resemble his usual signature.

    Image

Next is the discharge document from Alan's second hospitalization, dated January 20, just one week after the previous document. His signature (if it could be called that), overwrites the line with his printed name and bears no resemblance at all to the signature shown in previous documents.

    Image
By January 20, it was clear to everyone around him that he was severely impaired (for example, he could no longer state what year it was, not even moments after being told), and it was time for him to go home to hospice care.

    5) On January 22, two days after Alan went home to die, Michael Miller contacted USESS' attorney, Paul Basile. The result is the next document, the sole document, that Michael Miller presents to support his claim to the Directorship of USESS/New Falcon Publications. Again, the signature bears no resemblance to Alan's usual signature. And it is important to remember that when Alan "signed" this document on January 26, his cognitive mental state was tremendously impaired as a result of both (1) continual, massive doses of morphine and, (2) the many strokes he had suffered. Either factor alone would make him incompetent to sign such a document, but both together....

    Image

Other than this "document", there is not the slightest shred of credible evidence...no other documents, no statements to friends or family, NOTHING...to suggest that Alan ever intended Michael to be involved with Falcon in any way. To the contrary, there is abundant evidence that he did not.

Thank you for taking the time to review this material. If you have any questions or comments, please feel free to contact Nick Tharcher (nick@originalfalcon.com) or Linda Miller (linda@originalfalcon.com).

"Hey there. Thanks for posting that. I studied with Hyatt for a time, and attended his workshops before he died. At both of the workshops, Hyatt and Tharcher seemed very close. You can gather this from the DVDs, and from Nick’s long time involvement with New Falcon, if you ever ordered anything from then before the Great Swindle.

The New New Falcon stole $200 from me, by essentially refusing to repay money owed from a prior order that they never filled.

originalfalcon.com is the place to go now for all things Hyatt.

After hearing about the allegations and potential investigations regarding LACC former head coach and Athletic director Mike Miller on the web, I am surprised to see those data sources shut down or erased.

When someone referred to a "cover up" I thought they were being premature, and a little silly. However, now there is mounting evidence of a force at play that seeks to silence anyone who would ask questions about Mike Miller or LACC.

I now list for your consideration some changes I have noted on the interenet in regard to Google searching: Los Angeles City college Men's Basketball Head Coach & Athletic Director Mike R. Miller.

1.) JC Scores Forum: Access Denied!
    • The JC Scores, Men's Junior College Basketball Scores Forum, also known as "California Community College Men's Basketball Coaches Association
    • This JC Scores forum used to be open to the public, with all posts displayed freely on the internet, and required no creation of an account, and one did not need to give them personal information.
    • Now, it is required that one register and provide both an email address, and telephone number (required!) before you can see the posts.
    • This change took place in the last several weeks, after a list of the allegations against Athletic Director Mike Miller of Los Angeles City College, were listed publicly on the JC Scores forum.
    • Now, you cannot easily access the allegations without providing personal information.
    • Fortunately, before JC Scores Forums made these changes, I copied and pasted, from their site, the main allegations against Mike Miller at this location: http://thehostmirror.blogspot.com/2008/08/scandal-2008-coach-mike-miller-of-los.html

I think the following quote from SoCal Hoops sums up perfectly what may be going on here:

"And love him or hate him, but LACC he ad coach Mike Miller is also one very successful head coach, particularly if you measure success by a State title and consider that he's helped send 31 of his players to Division I schools in the last 7 years, a pretty admirable record."

Of course the above quote references sending players to D1 schools, without mentioning the 2006 Mike Miller LACC scandal that related to the Company D1 Scheduling . . . read more about that here: http://www.spartanhoops.com/html/news_story.php?news_ID=1300

Or, perform a google search for "mike miller D1 scheduling" to learn more about that.

What we have seen occur in the past month:

    • Any discussion or questioning of the conduct of LACC's Head Coach & Athletic Director, Mike Miller, on public Basketball forums will be erased, destroyed, and squelched . . .
    • Of course, you are still free to discuss how many games he wins, or his excellent coaching skills

You remember the D1 Scheduling Scandal of 2006: (http://spartanhoops.com/html/news_story.php?news_ID=1596)

Unconfirmed reports of new 2008 scandals at Los Angeles City College, and involving Coach Michael Miller have arisen on the
    Internet . . .

Again I say that I cannot ascertain the validity of the information quoted below, but I think it important to let the public decide.

I found the information quoted below at the following location:

    Quoted material in green:

There is a "scandal" similar to the one at Ventura/Oxnard College involving Miller.

The LACCD - Los Angeles Community College District has been given a 70-page letter and over 600 pages of exhibits concerning "14 allegations" against Miller in late June.

They are keeping everything hush-hush as there's pending litigation because Miller is suing the former president Steve Maradian.

    These allegations include:

    (1) players being given grades for not attending class, as I worked in the athletic department and received a winter session 2008 grade for a class never attended and it was setup by Miller. I received a "B."

    (2) two players being paid for 20-25 hours per week since Sept '07 and through June '08 and they were not working (signing in and out during hours that they had class) the players that he recruits are the brightest bunch.

    (3) Mack Cleveland was hired in mid to late Jan 2008 but paid from Oct 15, 2007 - Feb 22, 2008 and none of the women basketball coaches or players know who he is. He used a Los Angeles address, but all the paperwork I turned over to the district is from out of state. He was hired to do out-of-state recruiting for Miller. Yes, Miller does recruit!!!

    (4) players adding classes 5-9 weeks into the semester, which the normal student would not be able to do & they don't have to turn in the missed worked.

    (5) Bobby Fisher played at Bakersfield College this past season and his cousin Branden Fisher played for Miller at LACC. Miller had Bobby enrolled in 12 units at LACC while this player was attending classes and playing at Bakersfield College. They made it to Stockton to the final four. Two of the classes that Miller enrolled Bobby in were on Mon & Wed from 7-8:30 am and from 1:50-3 pm. How do you drive 125 miles one way to make it to practice in Bakersfield from LA in rush hour traffic? If I would not have reported this situation to the district Bobby would be playing at LACC in 2008-09.

    (6) Each and every year since 1996, 2-4 out-of-state players are being misclassified for tuition. In an investigation conducted in 1996 by the district, Miller had 6 players "misclassified" and they owed the district $28K in tuition. Each and every year the LACCD is losing $10-30K in tuition from this situation. Three players from the 2007-08 team were classified as "military residents" but their parents aren't in the military. Two of the players applied for and received "financial aid" fraudulently. Players are transferring to 4-year schools owing the district thousand of dollars in tuition and they are getting their official transcripts to take with them.

Jay Brown played for Miller in 2006-07 and he spent the 5 years before that in Georgia. On his Form 1 - Student Eligibility Form, he lied about his "residency and listed Morningside HS in Los Angeles (we all know that it is in Inglewood), as the school he graduated from.

Jay attempted 60 units in one year at City, completed 48 and received his AA degree. In 2005-06 at Georgia Perimeter College, he only completed 18 units. It's funny how all of a sudden players become, "Rhodes Scholars" when they arrive at LACC.

This is how they are graduating so fast. Jay cheated the district out of $10K in tuition from the 2006-07 season, and received a scholarship to Lamar University in Beaumont, Texas. I contacted the NCAA and there's nothing they can do to punish Jay.

These are just some of the things that are going on that people aren't aware of. It's funny how Miller has a double standard when it comes to reporting schools for violations.

He had information about two schools in the SCC - South Coast Conference that may have had "ineligible players playing" but he waited till the last minute to report the violations so that he could keep his conference titles in order. LACC has won 14 straight conference titles but his plan backfired on him.

Yet, in late 2007 and early 2008 Ron McClurkin (former head men's basketball coach - Oxnard College), was at LACC a few times talking to Miller. Ron didn't know that I use to work at Oxnard College with a language school on campus and I went to some of their games from '98-'03 when I lived in Oxnard. I saw him on campus with Miller and he was giving him "advice" on how to leak the information about Oxnard College having players wrongly "classified as students" but yet Miller has been doing this same thing since 1996 and not once, has he reported himself.

He's all about ego, using people and making money. The players would not confirmed this but I know in my heart, they were handing over their financial aid checks to Miller and he was "rationing" out their money so they would not blow it all in one weekend. All of the players lived across the street in an apartment building that I'm sure Miller or a friend owns and he is getting "kick backs" from this. The D-1 Scheduling scandal that got Wayne Morgan fired from Iowa State in 2006 is all about Miller being paid for signing his players.

The two players that are sophomores, that are being paid for not working, needed my help in filling out two money orders and addressing an envelope. Miller hired a former all-state player from his 2005-06 team to be an assistant coach for the 2007-08 season and he graduated with his AA degree, but he couldn't fill out the job application. I had to hold his hand and look over every form he filled out to make sure it was correct and no information was missing. That W-4 tax form was "kicking his ass" and we had to fill it out three times.

Even with all the information that I turned over to the district, Miller is still going strong. I don't understand why they are still letting him stay on as the Athletic Director. This guy has no "morals, values or ethics" those works don't exist in his vocabulary, and he's running an athletic department. What does that say about the district?

This last thing that I will write "speaks volumes" about Miller and his priorities. His father passed away in late Feb/early March 2008, bless his soul! Miller had his dad sign over his business while on his death-bed, and his business partner or wife new nothing about this. This is how bad Miller's, "money-driven!!." Please check out the article:

Unfortunately, this whole situation had been a "battle" and I'll stay with it as long as I need to in order for "justice" to be served. The administration at LACC has known for sometime what is going on within the men's basketball program and the athletic department, but they tend to look the other way and now I understand why.
Many people have reported different "incidents or situations" and it seems that Miller always come out clean.

I went to the Board of Trustees meeting this afternoon at the LACCD district office at 3:30 pm and had a chance to "speak" to them about what is going on, and how they need to do the right thing.

They are aware that there's an investigation but naturally, can't comment on it. The president of the school , Dr Moore was present at the meeting and so was Miller's boss, Dean Allison Jones.

She is his immediate supervisor and they should both be "fired" at the same time, as she allows this stuff to go on. Miller helped her son get an online degree and she "owes" him from this situation. I don't understand why people would put their jobs and families in jeopardy for this guy.

From what I was told at the meeting, the investigation should be wrapped up within the next week or two.

My focus today was to make sure the Board of Trustees know what Miller has done and how Mack Cleveland should not be hired in any capacity because of the "coaching stipend" he was paid, $10K for not working with the women's team, but he was paid for out-of-state recruiting. I wish I could get $10K and work from mid to late Jan to mid Feb, like Mack did.

It's funny you should mention the parents. There's one sophomore from the '07-'08 team and his parents came and spoke to Miller in mid March about his college choices for next season. He had his office door open and I got sick of the "bullsh*t" after 45 minutes I had to leave and take a break.

Miller tells the parents, " that they need to get their son motivated so he can graduate and help place him at a 4-year school."

The player was coming off the bench and Miller wanted to kick him off the team in mid January because he wasn't performing but kept him around. He goes on to tell them about how, "all the grades on his transcripts that are " A's or B's" are due to Miller getting him those grades and anything from a C - F is the players effort or lack off." This player is upset because he's not going to a major Division 1 school but he can't even get up, walk across the street to school for class, and Miller's putting the blame back on his parents. Why as a coach would you not have this conversation with them when this player a freshmen? I saw his laziness and lack of motivation then. This is classic Miller, not wanting to take responsibility but passing the "blame or buck." He's good at throwing people under the bus when the opportunity presents itself.

Recruiters have to "pay" Miller to recruit and sign his players. None of the players know which schools are looking at them. Miller shops them around and sell them on the deal that's best for him and not the player. I heard a "rumor" that Mack Cleveland sent Miller Jay Brown whom played two season ago at City, '06-'07 and this is why he got the $10K and promise of more money. This would also explain why Mack is rumored to be the next head coach.

The sad part is that some of these guys can't read or write when they graduate and the success they have at the 4-year level is minimal. The real world sets in when they have to go to class and do their own work. No one will be to "hold their hand" and do everything for them like Miller does. I just shake my head about this whole ordeal.
I'll keep you all posted on what's happening with M&M - Mike Miller and Mack Cleveland (Former Southwest Community College assistant coach).

The district attorney is involved....and just yesterday the DA was seen interviewing Miller and they were trying everything they could to get him to talk....
